Delivery Policy

Carriers:
We primarily deliver via the courier company SUUS Logistics. Upon request, we can also ship via another carrier, provided they offer services in the region where our warehouse is located.

Delivery costs in Poland:

• 200 PLN – standard shipping within Poland

• 100 PLN – local delivery within the region

International shipping costs (Rohling SUUS):

• Czech Republic – 135 EUR

• Slovakia – 150 EUR

Shipping to other countries:
We deliver to all countries (excluding the Russian Federation and Belarus). Delivery costs and times are determined individually depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.

Order processing time:

• We process orders within 2–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

• In special cases (e.g. holiday periods or increased logistical load) the delivery time may be longer.

Track your shipment:
After shipping, the customer receives an email with the shipment number and a link to track it.
